Apple & Mint Jelly

A lovely fresh tasting jelly great with roast lamb or even chicken.

 

 

Apple & Sage Jelly

Great with roast pork or pork chops. I like to roast my pork and spread the jelly over the skin makes lovely flavour crackling.

Apple Sauce

Not too sweet.   Lots of apples,  yum lashings of it with pork.

Autumn Berries & Port Jelly

This jelly is fantastic with duck, venison, veal or any game.  Very nice added to a gravy to make a rich sauce, go on treat yourselves.  I  have buttery croissants with lashings of this jelly for a treat  for myself.
