Wow this is amazing. Great with

It’s taken me a very long time to
get this right, but its worth it. Its delicious sweet & spicy served with
meats and great with cheese & baguettes.
I love this chutney its got it all;
sweetness, texture and a definite bite! Can be served with cheese, cold meat,
hot meats, great with sausages & bacon can also be used in casseroles, stews
YUM!

- Can be used as a dipping sauce
or for pouring over a crispy salad its hot to taste with sweetness it doesn't
bite for too long .

the added taste of cumin, coriander & ginger its got a nice friendly edge. it
doesn't bite promise !!

This is a very chunky vegetable chutney.
Tomatoes, peppers, onions, aubergines. Served with cold or hot meats also
served with veggie meat loaf. Quite a warm one with cayenne spice.

small bite at the end

Fruit Chutney.
- This is what I call my fruity sticky
sweet chutney. Apricots, dates & mangos with a very small chilli bite at
the end. Great with cheese, chicken, pasta and rice and rather good with
curries.

& Ginger
- Beetroot & Ginger Is a popular
chutney made from a very old recipe its not a sweet chutney it has a earthy
taste with a warm ginger after taste

& Garlic Chutney
- Beautiful this is hot by my tasting
great for making chilli con carne just fry your onions and mince drain of any
juices add 2 or 3 teaspoons of my chilli & garlic then add a tin of chopped
tomatoes and some crème fresh or natural yoghurt hay bingo a healthy option

A delicate chutney with a hint of orange
& lemon. Great Served with cold meats, pastries.

Apples & dates and raisons. Sweet chutney
with a touch of heat.

Whole
Grain Mustard with Garlic & Fennel
- Spread this on your chicken
after grilling or add to some sausage meat to make a great sausage roll or you
could even add it to a light and fluffy mash.
