ensure all ingredients are sourced as locally as possible using Shropshire
Farmers markets where possible. The recipes are carefully researched and
tested before any production is made available. I have found that to
ensure the highest quality control of my products, I make them in small
volume batches. Only by producing in this way can I guarantee that the
products you buy from me will be up to my exacting standards.
